La maison se trouve à 8 km de La Spezia, à 15 km de Lerici, à 25 km de Carrare et ses Carrières de marbre, à 60 km de Lucques, Pise et son aéroport.
À 50 m. il y a l’arrêt de bus pour rejoindre l’embarcadère des bateaux à La Spezia pour la visite du Golfe, des îles et des 5 Terre ou la gare ferroviaire d’où partent les trains pour les 5 Terre, Pise, Lucques et Florence. Les bus amènent aussi à Sarzana.
Sur demande il y a la possibilité d’acheter des billets de bus.
La maison d’Amélie offre 2 chambres à grand lit et lits singles pour un total de 6 places lits, petit salon avec télévision et canapé-lit, cuisine avec four, grille-pain, bouilloire, presse-fruits, fer à repasser, salle de bain avec machine à laver, séchoir. Possibilité de louer le linge de lit, salle de bain et cuisine.
Connexion WiFi gratuite. Les petits animaux sont admis.
